What you'll be doing:

As an Outside Sales Representative at Tiny Mile, your main responsibility will be to support landing new restaurant customers.

Reporting to our Head of Revenue, you'll acquire new customers, nurture existing relationships, and connect customers with our unique delivery solution to help their businesses flourish.

This is a remote position, with the bulk of your time being split between making in-person visits in Downtown Miami/Brickell and working from home.

The Outside Sales Representative will:

  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales setup and integration
  • Connect with potential customers through various inputs (in-person, phone, text, social media, email, etc.)
  • Cultivate strong business relationships and assist in developing pitches and presentations
  • Regularly create and review sales ongoing status reports
  • Submit activity and results reports to our CRM, such as daily cold call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses
  • Provide support to our restaurant customers during onboarding and post-sale
  • Partner with internal Marketing, Operations and Product teams to address any gaps in our product offering and client segment

What we're looking for:

  • Ability to build great business relationships in a short period of time
  • Ability to travel around the Downtown Miami/Brickell area with ease
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal

A note about compensation:

We believe in pay transparency. That’s why we include a compensation range in all of our postings.

The range includes base salary and equity. During your first interview with Tiny Mile, we’ll go into more detail about total compensation.
